Hong Kong

I love Hong Kong...took me quite by surprise!

Tai ping shan street

BREAKFAST

LUNCH

                          LUK YU TEA HOUSE
24-26 Stanley Street, Central, Hong Kong (00 852 2523 5464). The best dim sum in town can be found at the Luk Yu Tea House, where the 1930s rosewood furniture, creaky ceiling fans, brass spittoons and famously rude waiters make it a favourite with tycoons such as David Tang and Dickson Poon, chairman of Harvey Nichols in London

City hall for dim sum lunch. Get on the walkway past ifc. Keep walking past exchange square until get to end of walkway go left and then immediately right into jardines house. Walk through jardines and then down escalator. Walk straight and exit jar dines building, go across garden through the car park and up to 2nd floor of city hall.

Lena and Archie,  both in Hong Kong, what a treat!

The happy valley horse races every Wednesday
