Fried zuchini flowers...wish you were here..

this is the most blissfull place on earth, with Jenny's sublime cooking, long walks in the Umbrian Hills and listening to crickets by the pool.

we have thick cut Florentine Bistecca sliced thin on a bed of chanterelles
and white beans with tomatoes..

another night rabbit and pidgeon fried with pancetta and sage..
